Is Answer Patch a subscription?
No. The Fix Report is a single $19 purchase. It does not auto-renew. Rescanning a site that has changed significantly is a new $19 purchase, not a free update to the old one. There is no subscription tier and no recurring charge.
When do I get the Fix Report after I pay?
The Fix Report is generated in the background after payment and typically emailed within two to three minutes. If the AI enrichment step is unavailable, the report is still delivered with the deterministic sections complete and you're offered a free regeneration or a full refund.
What's your refund policy on the Fix Report?
If your Fix Report is degraded or unsatisfactory (the AI-enhanced sections were unavailable, a section is broken or clearly wrong, or the recommendations don't hold up), contact support@answerpatch.com and choose either a free regeneration or a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
Does the Fix Report work with WordPress, Shopify, or a custom stack?
Yes. The Fix Report's title tags, meta descriptions, JSON-LD blocks, and FAQ copy come ready to paste into a CMS or hand to a developer. It's platform-agnostic. Nothing in the report assumes a specific hosting provider or website builder.
Do I need an account to buy the Fix Report?
No. Buying a Fix Report only requires an email address to receive it. The checkout flow captures that directly and does not require creating an account first. An account is optional and only useful for keeping a library of past reports.
