Reports & share links
By default, a Fix Report and its share link are retained for 90 days from the date of purchase. After that window, the report becomes eligible for automated deletion, and once it is deleted its share link stops resolving. Free-scan results that were never purchased into a Fix Report aren't covered by this automated 90-day deletion — we keep them so you can revisit or purchase a report later, and you can ask us to delete one sooner by emailing support@answerpatch.com.
Account data
If you create an account, your account record (email, purchase history, and associated reports) is retained until you ask us to close your account. Consistent with our Privacy Policy, closing an account soft-deletes it (marked closed and excluded from sign-in and normal use) rather than permanently erasing the underlying record, primarily so payment and support history stays auditable.
This is our operating default
The windows above describe how the Service is configured to run day to day. They aren't a contractual guarantee fixed for all time, and we may adjust them as the product evolves; material changes will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you need a report or account deleted sooner than these defaults, email support@answerpatch.com and we will handle it manually.
