Refund Policy

Our commitment: regenerate or refund
The Fix Report is a one-time, $19 purchase. If your report comes back degraded or you're unsatisfied with it — for example, the AI-enhanced sections were unavailable when it was generated (see our AI Disclosure), a section is broken or clearly wrong, or the recommendations don't hold up for your site — contact us and we will, at your choice, regenerate the report for free or refund your purchase in full. We'd rather make it right than keep money for a report that didn't deliver.
How to request one
Email support@answerpatch.com with the domain you scanned (or your report link) and what went wrong. We handle these case by case rather than through an automated flow, so tell us as much as you can — it helps us decide fast between a regeneration and a refund.
Refund mechanics
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. A full refund ends your access to that Fix Report and its share link. A regeneration keeps your report and does not require a new payment.
